Not impossible, at all. The answer is Firefox Nightly or Firefox Developer, you're freely to install unsigned addons in these editions.

How ? If you are offered 2 meals, it's YOUR choice to take 1 or 2, it's all about yourself. MV3 won't even prevent this one bit.
