I have also slowly transitioned into something similar - using justfiles instead of make. I have `just prerequisites`, `just lint`, `just build` in all of my projects. pixie's lockfile might be the most interesting part.

The modernized version is Typst though.. it's closing the gap to (La)TeX really fast

I think self-hosting could be viable for more people if two things would happen: - ISP's need to give a permanent IP's and more upload bandwidth in "regular", low-cost internet plans or at least a "self-hoster"

But how would you judge the quality of 15 second videos? It's crucial to be able to push through that in order to make a good judgement if the content is any good. The inability to think and judge critically is a huge problem nowadays

I have found that it is often dust in the port that makes them feel loose. Cleaning them with a little brush (like the ones that come with an electric shaver) made a lot of difference for me.
