The easiest way to think of Vipassana is as a method to defragment your mind. Just like when you use the Windows utility to speed up your computer when things start slowing down, Vipassana does the same for your body and mind.

I wonder if these services will ever reach mass adoption. I consider myself to be technological advanced, but other than niche photographer, i wonder if 99.99 % of population would ever go through the effort of setting such a service ?
