Also look at the spaces. The length of the words is the same on both texts. So the content is still present just the characters got shifted.

I used beddit ( https://www.beddit.com/ ) a lot, but since they were bought by apple there is not really any updates for app or hardware. It works like withings sleep where you don‘t wear anything, but it needs Bluetooth conn

Very nice demo but it seems that the gyroscope data from my phone is interpreted wrong. When I hold my phone with a left tilt the fluid flows to the right. Using iPhone XS with iOS 12.1.3

What are the minimum hardware specifications for reading the ip data? Would it for example work with an raspberry Pi or is the arm cpu and the 100 mbit network adapter to slow?
