Yes, you can listen online without signing up. It is similar to Twitch etc, but has features catering to audio streaming that you wont find on other platforms.

The goal is to make it easier for users to perform a site-wide "find". You can easily disable it by using the checkbox on the bottom right of the overlay that appears; then cmd+f will behave similar to your browser's setup.

In the UK, the recruitment agents run the IT tech recruitment industry. Very rarely do companies take on the process themselves (I mean proportionately it's quite low). In the US, it's reverse.

I think $10 a month is fine. Those who value this service wont change their mind because of a few bucks. Remember - people who will use this service will probably do it for business, they wont be teenagers, and a $10 will be nothing if the

right but many companies try to take a shortcut - they think the best measure of skill is github. To be fair, it's hard to qualify "skill", so shortcuts are very tempting.

I guess the part Im really keen to setup is the S3 + Hive/EMR part. But it sounds like it will be a bit too expensive to have up-to-date stats, and better to just do batch processing to run reports.
