In this case, sounds like you'll not just be required to carry an ID. Everyone in the country will be legally required to carry an Android phone or iPhone. Well, maybe the app will keep working and you can update it from Aurora Store.

Tailscale is also crazy unreliable in my experience, at least on Android. It had to be force quit and restarted every day, and even outside of that apps would randomly get connection errors. And they don't seem to care about bug report
