Try to mute this way 10-20-100 domains in the same time, preferably on mobile. True, you can copy-paste this litany, but the whole process would be a misery.

Poland here - we also had issues with gangs and organised crime after collapse of communist government. It took few years for situation to stabilise, but then we got rid of gangs with legal system and police. So it looks a little bit weird

Yes, in the same way that nothing wrong happened during Cultural Revolution when armed factions of Red Guard fight with each other. Also, I'm not sure how you imagine small militia fighting with worlds biggest army.

No problems doesn't mean enjoyable. It's still 90 minutes of overcrowded public transport. I may prefer it over sitting in car, but no commute at all wins.

One small thing : even if available food is decent, some people prefer their own (diet needs, it may be cheaper, etc).

Metformin and myo-inositol solved this issue for me. Only after solving issues with pre-diabetes I was able to start losing weight without constant hunger.

Before commenting about exercises and healthy diet - check difference between Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes...
