   Really happy this is happening! There's no reason we shouldn't be able to freely read research funded by NIH, NSF, etc., and there's a ton of high impact work there.

   I could be wrong but I think they might have been talking about a hypothetical, arbitrarily complex software. As a limiting case, if software were simulating a mind down to the quarks, it becomes unclear what the difference would be. I agre

   I hope more disciplines can shift the publishing culture towards the norm found in physics, where arxiv is the go to. I'm not sure why that is the case but it's pretty great.
