Well if that's all that's required then yes. It's merely the substrate. But we know that's unlikely. It's the emergent properties that matter. In abstract. Separate the physical and abstract of what is going on here

It's an ethics question, it's abstract and ethereal in nature. The same could be said and done (or ignored) for humans. We do do it however because it has real world impact and we're better than that (enlightened).

This is the business case already. And has been the case with tech companies for a long time. Your phones built in photo manager replaced a lot of what Photoshop does.

Good point, perhaps it may be a saving grace. I note they don't comment much on the allocation of said capital. Might be too bitter a pill for most to swallow.

Humans do this all the time. You watch a YouTube video and subconsciously choose the same colour palette. They hear a rumour that it's a solved problem, i.e. they were pointed in the right direction that is all. I mean some companies g

I mean this is a basic question, is your data used to improve models, did you opt in or not. There's nothing crazy here and it's not identifiable. You'll just conveniently find the next model iteration knows how to do it. Any

Definitely a bit of positive framing. My big take aways, either stagnant wages or significant paycuts for knowledge workers and overall decreases in employment rates on all scenarios. Worst of all... That's only forecasting out to 2030

I imagine they need the compute. Can expand market share with more users for same amount of compute. But I agree with you. I have a dumb workflow that worked well with v4-flash-0731 and I suspect is directing to a newer model that now break

Generally you can't carve out from a constitution, it is all encompassing. You can reinterpret perhaps but "carve outs" are only by amendment to the constitution. It's a concept called constitutional supremacy. There

Less probable also means less optimal and you get a subpar response. More so if it's baked into its reasoning. It's intelligence will suffer unless this is some post processing thing.

Don't get me started on the whole iCloud thing, and apple account sign in (although to be fair to them they've improved this it was way too onerous in the past).

Unfortunately. We live in a increasingly complex world and the truth gets muddled. In the past if your local store does something unethical, it would be easy to determine this, discuss and vote with your wallet. With increasingly large and

I hate this new cult of personality thing many are trying to cultivate. But to that point most of the time, poor performance is attributed to "the market" and strong performance is attributed to "leadership". There is so

You can't drop everyone in that position but there is a significant number that still could do it. It is not 100% more like 50%/60% luck.

Honestly go use Deepseek v4 Flash, the data hosting in PRC is it's only downfall. It truly is an excellent model at the moment. It is opensource thankfully but there is friction there and this won't be as popular.
