If you can make 200M and have a risk of paying 100M in the worst case you still make 100M more than you would without doing it. So it's basically calculated risk for these companies.

You probably saw that wrong, because almost every bike is locked and everyone has had his/her bike stolen at least once. Most locks are part of the bike though and not a chainlock.

Dutchie reporting in! Nobody wears a helmet here when they're riding their bike to work, schools, stores, etc. The average speed will be somewhere between 15-20 km/h and is relatively slow, next to that most bike paths are separat

Exactly a lot of real world (older) users do this and I cringe a little every time I see it. They don't even know that you can single click. This isn't a huge issue, but it's much more common than the people here seem to thin

I don't mind the smart algorithms that maximize profit for facebook/twitter/etc, but I would love a choice. Simply the choice to be buried in posts instead of everything being curated.

Uberdrivers aren't driven off the road, because they need to go through the same hoops as every other Taxi. Uberpop drivers on the other hand are illegal in the Netherlands.

You basically buy credit to buy apps, games, dlc, music, etc. This a bit of relic from the days of Microsoft points that you needed to use on the Xbox 360. When I buy an app with my Windows phone it can directly charge my provider.
