Love Kokoro tts. I wrote https://github.com/Jud/kokoro-coreml to try pushing the limits a bit on speed & size. Such great quality at a given size. As others have mentioned short utterances are problematic, but solv

I always associate downtime like this with a new model rollout. Maybe we are getting Fable back.

This is almost exactly how it _does_ work in big box grocery except there are blanket policies re: disposal for food items. Fwiw, Amazon also has near identical policies for food items.

The realities of a warehouse operation make this inevitable (I’ve run an 8-figure/yr online distributor). Amazon cannot take the customer’s word on return condition. Folks just click “damaged” to get a refund and Amazon has to have war

Similarly as a kid, I was surprised to learn "One-hour Photo" was a brand and didn't necessarily mean your photos would be ready in one hour...

That is the case, but there are no mysql-supplied arm64 packages for ubuntu/debian[0]. Ubuntu/Debian have packages, but maintain their own set of patches, which the docker team would like to avoid using[1]. [0]: https://

I see all her other devices, but not keys. Now that I know how it should work, going to see if re-registering the keys changes things.

Interesting. Just one data point, but my wife and I both have airtags on our keys. When I drive her car (and she's not in it), I get a notification about her keys traveling with me. We're on the same iCloud "family" acco

Feel free to reach out (email in profile) if you want to chat. I grew an e-commerce distributor to 8-digit revenue with in-house fulfillment and software development. Edit to add: It can be such an isolating experience. We had no clue what

I saw your comment and implemented the ability to connect a repository of static files and host them on our app platform (Uffizzi.com) -- we have a generous free tier! Email is in my profile if you have any questions or feature requests.

The cost of the rental truck may be the least important piece of this equation. Depending on the pickup shortfall, I could easily see the need for multiple trucks needing to go to each carrier's facility. You're also going to mult

Seems odd the reporter doesn’t verify the authenticity/quality of the submitted invoices. Surely he could produce copies for the reporter?

Yea, totally wrong here. My assumption was that a lot of estate planning would be required to avoid major taxes, but seems like the default choice is a pretty good deal (tax-wise) for those involved. Good to know!

Yep, the ads. Monetized for maybe 10 years. Some years are much higher $$$ than others. Search YouTube for askjud to see how it works. It’s been the subject of a few viral videos.

I wouldn’t be so cynical. It’s important there are vocal leaders showing the sacrifices they are making — otherwise it’s easy for others to pretend it isn’t possible to make the same sacrifice.

A fair criticism of the study, but does not make the case that “no patient on HCQ alone was virus free by day 6”, since that is objectively false by my reading.

Great that we’re looking at the same study! I’m not sure what you mean by: “No patient was cleared of virus after six days using hydroxychloroquine alone.“ Because the percentages there are 57% Of patients on HCQ alone we’re cleared, vs 12%
