They weigh 19kg. Their range varies from 60km to 150km. Based on my commute, I would have to carry this bike upstairs about once or twice a week. That just seems highly impractical to me.

Pros: The design and price. This bike would significantly improve my commute and lower my transportation costs. Cons: Carrying a 19kg (22lbs) e-bike upstairs to my 1st floor (2nd floor) apartment a few times a week to charge it.

I feel like WeTransfer has got this right. They have wonderful full page ads and are monetizing by selling premium accounts to corporates, which have the ability to change the ads to fit their branding. https://wetransfer.com

I believe it's targeted at the prosumer. The group that has grown out of the entry level DJI equipment, but don't want to take the giant leap to their fully customisable range.

I'm really loving the idea and want to propose this to our board of directors, but this won't stand a chance without a trial. Without a trial, the price is a huge setback. And even then the price is pretty steep.
