It's time to move away from Paypal and use a credit card when buying online. Fraud protection with credit cards is much stronger. Paypal has proven itself bad for consumers again and again.

It is as relevant as people's experience and certifications. Societies laws are not particularly difficult to follow even if you disagree with them, if someone I work has chosen not to follow those laws to a degree that they have been
