   That's the type of stuff that is really egregious. If you filled out a form application and no one got back to you, who cares that's not really ghosting, but this...wow.

   Thank you for the comments. 1) There's a section for management feedback. That part doesn't go anywhere as of right now, it's just saved. The thought is it could be batched and eventually shared with companies' HR leader
