Not playing as such, but currently attempting to remake an old CD-i game (Laser Lords) so I'm using it as reference, and also experimenting with extracting assets from other CD-i titles. Uploaded quite a few bits to The Spriter's

Is there a good explainer on why this is actually happening? Can't get my head round how it only affects 911 (000) calls, no expert on telephony networks but my naïve assumption would be that if I can call a normal landline/mobile

Small idea, no idea how useful if at all but maybe it could be a simple page with a list of reasons why the sender likes the recipient, and/or a YouTube playlist of songs that remind them of the recipient etc

I'm like this with peppers, love them raw when they're nice and crispy but hate them cooked because they become soggy almost. So I guess it's more of a texture than a taste thing.

Depends on your domain/dns provider, I use cloudflare so I can add an API key to the config in certbot and the DNS updates are automated then.

Did a stint at Tech Guys (Part of DSG) and this was taught as what's known as an ATX-Reset, basically clears out any left over electrical charge iirc.
