Write down a list of words that you do not pronounce as you want. Record yourself reading them out loud, listen back to it and try to say it better next time. You can also create some sentences from those words and read them.

I think this model is over-simplified and not useful. The main problem in my opinion is that it's one sided. A good question to ask would be what is your label in how you relate to someone else - I think almost no-one would label thems
