Well most countries have living constitutions. I think its only natural to update the constitution every once in a while, a document from 1848 predates gay rights for instance.

Or you could just do away with it all and go for a one man one vote system. Why a vote in Kansas needs to be tallied differently from a vote in New York in the 2020 elections is beyond me.

User agent sniffing is still around. If you're uding something different from the approved four, Edge/Safari/FF/Chrome, lots of sites will nag you.

I never understood the concept behind this app anyway. You save money with tickets but are supposed to buy more overpriced food in the theatre? Thats not how you save money. Must be an American thing.

Well I personally despise all tech companies selling out their users whether they are from the US, France or Peru. Its a fact on the ground many are from the US though.

Policing is always about setting an example. The entire tech industry can now consider themselves warned. Not even giant American corporations with direct links to the White House are above the law.

Not really surprising, my own country is still profiting from the massive investment in cable done by the state owned telecom operators in the 80s. Infrastructure like this is something that can only be done with government support.

It is however technically against the ToS to buy digital games from a different region than the one you are a citizen of, but that's not MS/Sony/Nintendo/Valve cares to enforce until nations tell them to.

I think its incredibly difficult to find success without a huge marketing campaign. Launch against Zelda or GTA and you'll need a miracle.
