albedo you have made a excellent summary! When I tried it, I slept 20 minutes every 4 hours and at the end when my system had adapted, I woke up automatically after 20 minutes even before my alarm went off and full of energy as if I slept 1

-Why using a code and not simply a URL (ex.: http://nearfeed.com/667568 )? It will be less manipulation then having to copy/paste the code in a textbox. -Why using a code and not just giving coordinates? -Not really accurate for me, 2 km a

It seems that there is a bug on the page: https://app.usablehealth.com/best_choice On rollover the plus signs, the tooltip box quickly disapear and we dont have the time to read it. I'm on Firefox 3.6.8.
