I think someone said it but there's a difference between facts and making an inference about those facts. The evidence in Trumps case was maybe he had a conversation with a person of Russian descent on Day X. That in itself is a fact

Dems need stronger narratives and their candidates to hammer this stuff. I'll use Bernie as an example, which even if you dont agree if everything he says, the guy hammers his point home and will do it in any venue.
