I can't give you an exact number because the audio/transcripts for users are completely hidden from human eyes/ears. Based on my own personal experience however, I would say I've gotten around 85% accuracy.

Exactly - plus, daily notifications get blurred out in the users mind over time. Most people don't want to download yet another app as well. WhatsApp unfortunately doesn't provide an API - otherwise, that would be a great idea.

Currently, there isn't any built-in support with AppEngine. The steps you have to go through to ssh in and verify ownership is just a hassle.
