At certain point people just don't care about saving money. You get a budget and then get quotes and pick one that matches what you are allowed to spend. If there is multiple with same spend go for one with bigger numbers.

How can you have proper real understanding of data structures and algorithms without at same time having line-by-line mental model? Or do you blindly trust what machine tells you at whatever time you are communicating with it? Architecture

The real problem is that misuse is not followed by ruinously high penalty. False claims should result in statutory damages of tens thousands per claim. That is the way to prevent misuse.

Again comes to use of deterministic. Maybe calling AI varyingly chaotic is more helpful but would also be misunderstood. And I use that in meaning of slight changes in input generating large and somewhat unpredictable changes in output...

We have had idea of expert systems for decades at this point. And spend however much on software development. Some how we have failed to reach this in way too many places. Even simplest things like cancelling some service might be broken...
