This is a great concept. The problem isn't that they didn't implement the concept in the most effective way but they didn't actually implement it in any way. Traffic is just traffic that wastes your bandwidth. Targeted traffic is whats not

I cant and wont do phone calls for many things. Everything has to be by email or text like skype, ect. Nothing about trust and purely about documenation so it can be referenced word for word later.

I don't understand this either. Why would someone that didn't work for the company and wasn't being paid be writing code for the company? It all sounds really strange to me.

Everything is custom built. The parsing is the easy bit. The architecture is what i find the hardest.
