The problem is that even 16GB is really not that much for 2021. As of today 32GB should be considered minimum.

1 download limit looks really problematic to me. Some times download just do not start or get aborted and then everything need to be done again. Something like 3 downloads limit would make this more usable!

Last info I got from peoples who lived in Kazakhstan s that you need to use custom certificate from government to use HTTPS and such stuff. This mean that MitM will be done for all HTTPS traffic there.
