You can do something similar with Arabic, I can think of few ways to squeeze it into 4~2 words phrase (variations) without sacrificing clarity

Iraqi here, Telegram itself has nothing todo with any of it, it's all the governments fault they have a poor security measures most of these leaks are not even leaks by a cyber attack or even social engineering it's just ignorant
