   it's not due to some arbitrary cut-off date, it's that windows 11 requires TPM 2.0. It's likely that your PC just either lacks a motherboard that supports a firmware TPM on AMD CPUs, or is just missing a TPM module. According

   Yup! My semi-local Micro Center did exactly this back when there was a major internet outage in their area; it was a mess, but incredibly neat!
