    I agree with that. My class-based solutions are more prone to failure than other solutions I've used before. It always gets more complex than it should.

    Same here! I'd have done very well with an apprenticeship vs schooling, I feel, but it was never really an option for me. Although… I guess all that open-source software I helped with kind of was an apprenticeship in the end. Hm.

    Steam remote streaming did something similar, while on the road with my laptop it presented me with my Kubuntu login screen... so I logged in, fine... and now my computer at home is sitting unlocked and unsecured.
