   ctrl + alt + down (or maybe up) Turns the screen upside down and quite a number of people don't know how to do it. Another one is enabling scroll especially for someone who is working in Excel.

   I would start by not using the the Step 1, Step 2 format. To me saying they sh*t on the other person is accurate because to me he is not trying to offer anything constructive. I understand your opinion may differ.
