   They recently released versions of the game on consoles. I'd guess that they stuck around for post-release patches, and now that it's stable, are winding down development.

   This is a good point. I've been dealing almost exclusively with highly dynamic UIs, and that's almost certainly skewed my perception of IB's usefulness.

   I always felt that Interface Builder is _for_ designers who want to visualize and use something (only somewhat) closer to photoshop. A developer might more likely come at it from the other direction, not even touching IB and doing it all in

   I vaguely recall having a "night terror" centered around infinity when I was very young. I think I was trying to truly grasp how tiny and insignificant I am and how immensely huge everything else is and it just freaked me out.
