I hope that changes in the future! Looking for a really good course on TensorFlow. Udacity's Self-Driving Car nanodegree is also very hands-on in terms of learning TensorFlow. You build your own mini version.

There have to be automated ways of scaling intern hiring that do not involve this ProctorU-based approach. If you have thousands of data points, what makes a successful candidate, and possibly, build a model around that?
