My last comment tried to justify why he wouldn't veto this. I am happy to be wrong. Still though, I see it as drawing attention to the bill to put pressure on the Senate. I just don't see how passing this bill as a Senator could be that

If he were to veto it, it would already pass again in the House with a 2/3's vote. The Senate would require some politicking, but it's not unimaginable that it could also get a 2/3's vote. Having your veto overturned is a bad thing. That
