Well stated. I miss the old Mashable. Before it tried to compete with BuzzFeed, its readers were manic sharers of content. I wasn't fond of the new video direction it was going, rarely covering good tech news.

I totally agree. We need to throw our reliance on SSN out the window since the hackers are selling all of ours on the dark web as I speak. I like the idea floated out here or some other strong ID route such as SSH keys between 2 parties. Al

I love that Gates is driving money into this needed area. We need new ways of attacking cures and the tech arena should be the driver not science. IMO, traditional science has gotten in the way and their agenda isn't where it needs to
