That argument might hold for other countries but not for Norway, which is one of the richest in the world. Norway values equality over tax revenue, so when billionaires leave, it actually enhances the country's equality.

So true. I still own a Sony ereader and although the battery is a little worn off, the whole ease of use with epub or pdf is remarkable (its nearly 10 years old now). I really wonder why they stopped producing them
