Along with dehydration, I'm surprised he does not mention salt/carb manipulation, which I'm sure he did as well. Step 7 here is likely counterintuitive for most - to look big and shredded you typically want to carb-load right

I personally am seeing a ton of activity in 3D powered web experiences. Eventually it will mix with webXR for the AR/VR devices of the future. If you are interested in these technologies, Blender will be one of the most important tools

My favorite unpopular opinion to share (I work in video) is that 99% of viewers don't care about resolution above 720p. Other encoding and playback characteristics are just way more important if you aren't building for videophiles
