Looks like a great service. Too bad I can't use it, since I'm a Canadian. It gets really tiring to see interesting new services launch that refuse to take my money because I live in a different country. I'm hoping that it's something non-

I would imagine that if they are offering it for free to consumers now that they will make money by offering special enterprise solutions and/or support packages and/or premium options.

Personally, I think it's more realistic to place your trust in one verifiable source (i.e. using the cross-platform KeePass with the encrypted database stored on Dropbox) than assume that "hundreds" of different organizations are all going

For what it's worth I think that the photo looks perfectly fine. I'd be a very happy person if I could photograph that well. Customers don't care how professional the profile pictures look. They care about their experience using the service

I wonder what their definition of an "active user" is. I would be curious to know how many of their users have signed in within the last year and how many of those users have more than 0 friends.

I see this as the opposite of Apple's elegance. Instead of a crisp, clean, simple presentation of the phone's features, they went with a busy, dancing, cluttered, fast theme.
