I don't know WHY its so bad, I just know that based on MSFT's commercials, that it IS bad. They don't even show anyone using the damn thing. Its just a bunch of choreography.

I have a personal theory that many countries want to do this and eventually legalize. I think they're following these experiments closely and developing policy along these lines.

Google invented the entire notion of email streams. Did you forget that? People weren't used to seeing emails that followed like IM conversations.

Agreed. Sparrow needed to be acquired by Apple. Period. Imagine iOS mail with Sparrow's gestures and organization? Fantastic.
