Slightly offtopic but I find Apple maps to be way better than Google maps. Their lane by lane directions are amazing. Most of the time you don’t even have to look at the phone. Whereas google has their weird way of zooming in and out and of

Yup. The best bet is the handlebar bag with clear pouch and a cheap $100 android phone with offline google maps. I am personally using a Samsung Galaxy which I bought it from fb marketplace.
