   The reason costs of tuition are going up is because of loan money which is easily available. Easy loan money always raises costs. Furthermore, you have laws on the books that guarantee those loans will be paid back.

   Security researchers do the work and MS wants the information for free. If MS really wants to fix the problem, let them pay. I don't see the problem with this.

   If I didn't have my wife I would so do something like Fancy Hands. For those of us that have ADHD, procrastination is a real killer on our quality of life.
