Article OP here, it was supposed to be implied that this was a job I worked at in the past (the time tracking thing). I confronted management about the time tracking but it was one of my first jobs so I had little experience with that kind

article OP here. I should mention that I'm a Lead Dev for a whole team (which is why I write this anonymously). I'm not sure if I'm humble. I sure as hell am not when I'm interviewing but I blame that on American culture
