Yeah, my mind just seems to just abstract it all just into the lessons learned decoupled from its origin. The story is something I can rarely recall. But I was always more into talking about ideas rather than trading stories.

Cloud product life cycles should definitely be more interesting. Azure for example already has a "classic" model and the new ARM model. Either way, avoid tightly coupling code with some external vendors service.

Is there really a case for range anxiety in America? Getting exact numbers seems to be difficult but here in California it's about 15 miles each way. Seems like even the cheaper vehicles could handle this with a weekly charge.

I've been dreaming of a job where I work outdoors and maintain a bunch of simple IOT type devices end to end. Deploy hardware, script, and analyze data as needed. I would love to just cut through all the noise.

If anything it actually enables the disabled and older crowd to become more mobile in those other countries. A car is a burden, and I think we can all understand how terribly efficient of a solution they are.
