Atleast you were trying to poke around their APIs. My WhatsApp account was banned totally for no reason. They blocked my two year old account for the only possible reason of using GrapheneOS. This company deserves to die.

I am sure that will cause a lot of trouble in many countries. How hard is it to click Record button for the important calls? I don't think a small project like GrapheneOS should spend time on every small request users want.

Reports say IPv6 is gaining market share. But most ISPs are delegating /64 prefix. This is as useless as carrier grade NAT. Atleast with IPv4, I can create NATed subnets for guests, IoT devices etc. That's not possible with IPv6.

Quad9 (supports DoH,DoT,Dnscrypt) and Mullvad are both good secure DNS services. Choose Quad9 if you want better security and Mullvad for it's adblocking options.

IMO, that is worst of both worlds. You still put your data out there on somebody else's computer but also get to maintain the infrastructure. Unless you end-to-end encrypt your data, hosting on a VPS is just a marginal improvement over
