Because there is no GitHub for bzr. I think git gained it's popularity mainly because of GitHub and Launchpad is just not good enough. P.S. Let me know if somebody's going to build a "BzrHub".

Yeah, twitter experience could be really painful sometimes. That's why I asked is it worth to work on the problem. But I didn't know that twitter guys answered the question few months ago in their TOS.

You should try them out. When I bought myself one I lay for a couple of minutes on each of 4 models to see if it's comfy for me. But don't buy too soft mattress. It could seem really cool at first time but your back will hurt like hell next

I think none of our customers use ISP's smtp servers to send their mailings. ISPs often set limits for their mail servers. Most of the users have websites, so they use their own smtp servers. Easymail won't hurt deliverability rates at all
