It's actually not Pareto's but more like "Normal Distribution" and that is something embedded in Nature/Society that one can't change or eradicate. It's just the way things work, the natural dynamics. ht

SAP Concur is weird. Supposedly the best solution in the marketplace (got any alternatives?) and 50% of the functionality is pretty good, the remainder 50% is questionable. And the complexity reminds me of mainframes' UX.

So really it boils down to attribution, therefore if GitHub were to disclose attribution to all the copyright owners of the code used to train the model, then this issue will be mute. It will be a long list, but just a list.
