I'm a note taker and I got tired of having hand written notes scattered all over and never being able to find the note I needed. So took a leap and purchased an iPad Air and an Apple Pencil 2. I carry it with me and make all my notes

Not in the last week, but I've had to stop using Apple Notes because it absolutely eats battery. Use Activity Monitor to check energy usage and I bet Notes is your culprit.

Being compliant within any of those frameworks does not make an organization secure. It's a good place to start, and will make the auditors happy, but assuming that (compliance equals secure) is a huge mistake.
