Couple of comments. Hedge Funds don't invest in trailer parks, if they did they wouldn't be hedge funds they would be PE firms or REIT's. While the US Industrial Complex is a cancer to the system I don't think they'

Probably a big one. Drug overdoses have killed more 18-54 year olds in Canada than Covid has. Hell, in British Columbia there have been more drug overdoses than Covid deaths across all ages.

We're going to get to a point where instead of advertisers paying per click they'll pay per look since the glasses will be able to track eyeballs. Hell, there might be a premium that pays "x" per every millisecond spent
