Canadian ISPs definitely have a stronghold on the infrastructure. Can't call it a "monopoly" because there are three of them, but a common name given is "Robelus" which is portmanteau of Rogers/Bell/Telus.

The planets will all still be fairly well aligned, but the moon will be a bit off (since it's the closest, it moves through the sky the fastest). I used Stellarium to find this out, great program, very easy to use, and free and open so
