I don't know if it's just solely how I use them, but when I've had Gemini commit and push things, it has never added a co-author or anything. I've recently been playing with Claude and Opus 5, and it only does it maybe 7

That's how RCS's Universal Profile is too though as far as I understand with the new encryption standards. Id rather someone be able to reach out to me with a note the chat is insecure, rather than be unreachable at all

Android literally has the Linux file system, although without root only the "home" directory is accessible. But within there is a Downloads folder, Documents folder, and all the other folders you'd expect from a home director
