I switched to Firefox as the default mobile browser on my android phone and the experience is excellent. I have not missed Chrome one bit.

Shout out to Firefox Mobile. I have it as the default browser on my android phone and the experience is great. I don't miss chrome at all. Once you get used to the minor UI differences you won't even notice you are not on chrome.

I have the same experience, except I buy 4mg gum tablets and I chew 1/4 - 1/3 of a tab at time. 2mg and 4mg tabs are priced similarly.

This is true. However I was calling out, wrt fish, the only two additional "plugin" type things I add in order to have a comfortable shell environment. Fish conveniently provides history based autocomplete so I don't need to

What I like about fish is that it provides a lot of nice-to-have ergonomic features from the get go without having to install plugins. I add starship.rs to it and fzf integration but that's it.

Was it weight training or cardio? I suspect they are not equal when it comes to weight loss. I do a lot of cardio and while it makes me feel good, it doesn't trigger much weight loss. Weight training in my experience does help.
