I don't think this is particularly special. In other countries it's possible to obtain Dexcom's current line up by purchasing it online (G6, ONE, G7) and other brands too like Abbott's Freestyle Libre. It seems like this

Interesting read, I agree with adopting an identity platform but this can definitely be contentious if you want to own your data. I wonder how much one should pay attention to future problems at the start of a startup versus "move fast

As someone who has worked within this industry, I absolutely hate these terms. Throwing things on a blockchain is a mile backwards for most use cases.
