- mavdi 11y agoI meant the fact that one should move at all. You guys are locking yourself out of a huge market of potentially great developers because you don't consider remote work.
- ammon 11y agoWe're open to remote workers. There's a little less demand (not all YC companies are hiring remote workers), but we have no problem with it.
- dasmoth 11y agoY Combinator does seem to be generally anti-remote, at least for early stage startups: http://blog.samaltman.com/how-to-hire Agree it's a shame.
