      You may have typed <marquee> into the search box you got to from the <blink> tag. Try it by itself: https://www.google.com/search?q=%3Cmarquee%3E&safe=off https://www.google.com/search?q=%3Cmarquee%3E&safe=off

    Actually after you go to https://www.google.com/search?q=<blink> https://www.google.com/search?q=<blink> you can type anything else into the search bar and since the css rule is still there, it'll blink the search term in the results
